Your Permanent Legacy to the Ballet Community

“NBS encourages emerging artists to be proactive, expressive and independent; the individualized curriculum and training allow us all to realize our personal best potential.”
~ Robert Binet, NBS Graduate and
Choreographic Associate with the National Ballet of Canada
How would you like to be remembered? If you love ballet, the arts, and fostering the very best in emerging dance talent, please consider leaving a legacy gift in your Will to the Canada’s National Ballet School Foundation (NBSF). Your gift will directly impact future generations of the most gifted young dancers from both home grown and international talent.

Currently, 7 out of every 10 students attending Canada’s National Ballet School require financial assistance – a need that has only grown over time. With talent being the only criterion for entry to the Professional Ballet Program we rely on the support of our donors to make the dreams of incredibly gifted youth a reality. Your generosity will give a talented child an opportunity to pursue their calling to dance at the highest level. It will allow them to make their mark globally as a professional dance-artist.

In your lifetime, as a Future Steps member you will receive special access to donor events and annual activities that provide members with poignant access to student life at NBS; including special insights into future plans and an opportunity to connect with School leaders. You will be able to deepen your involvement with the School and affirm your commitment to leaving a lasting legacy for future generations of the most promising aspiring dancers.

Please contact the School to request the specific details around establishing a Named Fund or further information about leaving a gift in your estate plans.
