Summer School Summer School
Students invited to Summer School come to participate in the second stage of the audition process. Additionally, students already in the professional ballet program attend a 4 week dance intensive. Our campus is never so full or filled with energy – it's a joy to see! If you've kept up with our Facebook and Twitter feeds, you've seen what they've been up to.
Summer School Summer School Guest Teachers
We've welcomed teachers from two of NBS' international partner schools during Summer School. Ramona de Sáa, Director of the National Ballet School of Cuba, her colleague Mirta Hermida, and translator Damián Gonz´┐Żlez have been in studios throughout July, as has Joanne Zimmermann from the National Ballet Academy, Amsterdam. We have benefited from their presence and enjoyed their company!
Summer School Exchange Students
Also brightening the student body during Summer School are the international students from NBS' partner schools. Visitors have come from all over the globe including Germany, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark & USA. Thanks to Deborah Hess, Student Exchange Co-ordinator, we're glad to share our School's facilities and know our students appreciate the networking these visits provide.
