Coming this July - Two Summer Intensives!

Following the success of last year’s Adult Ballet Summer Intensive, we will be offering two new Summer Intensives this July. Both will include conditioning, ballet class and repertoire. The conditioning class will be based on Irene Dowd's work to strengthen the core and will also focus on turnout. The ballet class will get you warm and prepared for the rehearsal to follow by concentrating the centre work on steps to be used in the repertoire. The repertoire will be Giselle's friends from Act 1 for the first intensive and Dance of the Hours from Coppelia, Act 3 for the second. By having two different levels of summer intensives this year, we will be able to make this unique Adult Ballet experience available to a wider range of students.
