Have you always wanted to try ballet? Take the leap and discover the benefits of this incredible artform. Introduction to Ballet is ideal for those who wish to learn the basics of ballet without committing for the entire year of study.

Happy Feet Workshop

This workshop will focus on getting your feet stronger and more pliable to benefit the dancer and non-dancer alike. The foot is home to 7,400 sensory receptors (14,800 for both!) that help us propel ourselves into daily life. Our feet are often forgotten in our daily fitness regimens. Health experts say our feet need to be strong for a longer, more productive life. We will explore with many exercises the best potential for fit and happy feet. Here's to learning more about phalanges, metatarsals and plantar muscles!

  • Students should bring a pair of athletic socks
  • Barefoot work will be done as well
