Community Workshops

Within communities across Canada, NBS is sharing dance through its community initiatives that translate a rich history of excellence and expertise in dance education into a range of programs that improve health and quality of life for people of all ages, abilities and aspirations.

For all community members who love to dance or are interested in exploring dance for the first time, NBS Cross Country is bringing community-engagement workshops to a select number of communities. This new addition to NBS' Cross Country Tour is part of a nation-wide suite of community-engagement programs, developed and delivered by NBS and partners across Canada, that are building pathways for more people to discover, pursue and develop a life-long appreciation for dance.
