Developed by Canada’s National Ballet School (NBS) in collaboration with Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, the NBS Adaptive Dance Program (ADP) offers joyful, sensory-friendly, and fully inclusive dance experiences for dancers ages 3+ with diverse developmental, sensory, and physical needs.

 

Designed for those who may find traditional recreational dance programs inaccessible, ADP prioritizes individual expression, meeting each dancer where they are to nurture confidence, creativity, and a sense of belonging through movement.
