Gifts of Securities

Canada’s National Ballet School accepts donations of publicly traded securities listed on prescribed stock exchanges (Canadian stock exchanges or on most foreign exchanges such as New York, London, Tokyo and Nasdaq). Please complete the below form and email it to the Development Office PRIOR to the transfer of securities. Once we’ve received the form, we will ensure the transfer of your securities is handled smoothly and efficiently.
