Dance for Life

Embrace the Joys and Benefits of Dance

We know firsthand how the power of dance changes lives for the better. This is what drives our commitment to making dance a part of all Canadians’ lives. Our part-time and community dance programs leverage NBS' innovative, progressive artistic practices to engage more people than ever before. Whether a beginner or a seasoned dancer, a young child looking to discover creative movement and hone your skills or an adult wanting to explore strength, grace, physicality and artistic expression, our programs are bound to move you.

Enjoy a warm and supportive environment and strong sense of community in these after-school and weekend classes for dancers ages 5-17. The Open Dance stream does not require an audition to enroll, and offers classes in a range of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and more!
