Allison Freeman proudly serves as Chief Executive Officer of Element Event Solutions (formerly Chair-man Mills portfolio of brands), Canada’s premier event rental business. In this role Allison oversees a team of 500+ event experts who partner with Canada’s leading venues, caterers, corporate partners and planners to deliver more than 35,000 remarkable events per year from Vancouver to Halifax. After starting her career in management consulting with Accenture and Bain and Company in London and Toronto, Allison spent her next chapter in successive leadership roles with leading brands Holt Renfrew and Sleep Country Canada. Allison is a customer-obsessed leader with a track record defining and executing transformational growth strategies that deliver.

Propelled by Element’s mission to create engaging spaces that spark remarkable experiences, Allison is passionate about the role of human connection in wellbeing at the personal, community and societal level, and is proud of the role Element plays as the infrastructure to our nation’s events. 

Allison holds an MBA (Honours) from Columbia Business School, a B’Comm (Honours) from Queen’s University and lives in Toronto with her husband Mike and three children.
