Amanda Balasubramanian is a corporate partner at the law firm of Torys LLP and is co-head of the Debt Financing practice group. She specializes in debt financing transactions and has been routinely recognized as a leader in financing transactions in Canada. Outside of the office, Amanda is a lover of dance, having dedicated much of her youth and teenage years to many different dance forms at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Amanda is also an avid sailor and spends most of her free time with her family on sailing adventures or planning for the next one. Amanda is also a director of YES – Youth Employment Service.
