Andrea Stairs is Global Vice-President, Trust, Regulation & Monetization for eBay Inc. In this expansive role, Andrea leads functions that are critical to protecting and enhancing the trust and value eBay delivers for its global community of more than 130 million buyers and sellers. Prior to her current position, Andrea was VP International Markets & Regulatory, a role in which she led eBay’s strategy and operations across a global portfolio of more than 50 countries in Europe, Asia & Australia, and the Americas. Previously, Andrea was Chief Marketing Officer & VP of Seller Community for eBay North America and GM of eBay Canada & Latin America.

Andrea has sat on the boards Export Development Canada, FinDev Canada, and the Toronto Region Board of Trade. Currently, she is the chair of Canada’s National Ballet School and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Drake International, a global human capital company. Finally, Andrea is the recipient of the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award, in the Corporate Executive category.

Andrea holds a BA from McGill University, as well as JD and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto. A native of Montreal, Andrea lives in Toronto with her husband and son and daughter.
