Anne Soh is a Board Director, seasoned actuary and an executive with over 35 years of experience in the pension and benefits industry. 

She serves on the Board of Directors of Canada’s National Ballet School, its Finance and Audit Committee and was past chair of its Pension Subcommittee. Anne is also Chair of the Board of Directors of the Pension Plan for the United Church of Canada. 

Prior to her retirement in January 2023, Anne was the Plan Actuary at the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS).  At OMERS, she provided funding, design and actuarial advice to both OMERS boards and also sponsored the OMERS Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ2S+ employees and allies. 

Earlier in her career, Anne was a senior consulting actuary and Toronto Retirement Practice leader at Watson Wyatt (now part of Willis Towers Watson) and a Principal at Mercer. 

Anne is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.  She also holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. 

For leisure activities, she enjoys the arts, travel, cooking, and golf.
