Joanne has over 19 years in the Capital Markets industry. She is a Managing Director in the Derivatives Solutions Team at BMO Capital Markets and is responsible for the Canadian and International Structured Notes platform. In her role she is responsible for developing innovative structures tailored to a wide spectrum of retail and institutional clients solving needs such as risk minimization and return optimization.

Joanne began her career at RBC Dominion Securities where she held various positions in operations, Treasury and the Cross Asset Derivatives Group.

Joanne graduated with a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

She loves spending time with her husband and her daughter, travelling and playing tennis.
