Lisa Conway is a Managing Director at CPP Investments on the Growth Equity team where she is focused on sourcing, executing and managing investments. Before CPP, Lisa spent over 7 years at OMERS Growth Equity. In 2020, Lisa was named one of Venture Capital Journal’s "40 Rising Stars under 40" in the global venture community.

Prior to Growth investing, Lisa spent nearly a decade as an investment banker, beginning her career at Genuity Capital Markets in Toronto and advising on M&A transactions at Jefferies, Blackstone and PJT Partners in New York. Lisa also spent time working in PJT Partners’ London office. Lisa graduated with an HBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, where she was a recipient of the Ivey Scholar Award. In addition to New York and London, Lisa has lived in Switzerland and Hong Kong.
