Lorinda Loftonbrook joined e.l.f. Beauty as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs in September 2024, based in New York. She oversees global regulatory and registration for e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, Well People, Keys Soul Care, and Naturium. Previously, Lorinda spent most of her career at Estee Lauder Companies in Canada and the US, where her responsibilities grew to include global and regional regulatory affairs, product and site registrations, mergers and acquisitions, and establishing a packaging compliance team.
With over 20 years in the cosmetics industry, Lorinda is a seasoned Regulatory Affairs leader known for her management, strategy, and operational expertise. She excels in team building, timeline management, problem-solving, and developing business relationships. She is also experienced in staffing, training, development, and program management. Lorinda is an active member of the US Personal Care Products Council, Cosmetics Alliance Canada, CPTA in the UK, the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC), and the Canadian Association of Professional Regulatory Affairs (CAPRA). Lorinda currently sits on the Friends of Canada’s National Ballet School Foundation Board of Directors. She is passionate about the work of NBS and the fabulous dancers being nurtured on the campus, online and in the community, Lorinda has also served on the board of Canada’s Look Good Feel Better program and supported philanthropic and sponsorship efforts via the MAC AIDS Fund, Estee Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, Canada’s National Ballet School, Government Internship Programs and other community-based agencies and events.
