Meredith currently works as a Social Worker at Baycrest Health Sciences and in a private practice, M.B Counselling. At Baycrest, Meredith provides resource and supportive counselling as well as health care system navigation support to seniors, their families and caregivers receiving outpatient care. Through her private practice, Meredith provides individual psychotherapy to adults seeking support for a wide range of wellness and mental health goals. Meredith holds a BA from Dalhousie University with a major in International Development Studies as well as an MSW from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University with a major in Individual Counselling. Meredith also assists her husband, Dave in running the operations of their family-owned donut shop, Better Days Donuts.
