Suzanne is an experienced corporate executive with expertise in strategic development, investor relations, business development, communications, stakeholder relations and community engagement. She has extensive public market experience in a high-growth TSX-listed company.

Suzanne was elected President of the Liberal Party of Canada in 2018 and served in this role until 2023. She also served as a senior political advisor to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during his leadership campaign and has held senior roles in the 2015, 2019 and 2021 federal elections. Most recently, Suzanne served as co-chair of the 2025 Liberal Leadership and advisor to Prime Minister Mark Carney during the 2025 federal election.

Fluently bilingual with more than 25 years of experience in federal and provincial politics as well as public and private sectors with a focus on innovation and creativity to ensure continuous organizational improvement, transformation and growth.

She was educated at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, and Université de Strasbourg in Strasbourg, France. She was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and currently lives in Toronto with her family.
