Hilary is from Copenhagen, Denmark where she trained at The Royal Danish Ballet School with emphasis on the Bournonville tradition. She danced with The Royal Danish Ballet for 14 years, performing in most of the classical repertoire and in works by renowned choreographers including, August Bournonville, George Balanchine, John Neumeier and Wayne McGregor. Hilary has also taught the at Tivoli Ballet School and is now deepening her studies through the Teacher Training Program. She hopes to share her love and passion for ballet, and values an encouraging environment where young dancers can grow, stay curious and build strong foundations.

What do you like to do in your free time? In my free time I love to go skating with my kids and to read books.

What is your bucket list item? Currently on my bucket list is to try to learn to play piano.

What is your favourite travel destination? My favourite travel destinations are NYC or Rome and also my hometown Copenhagen.
