This Giving Tuesday, Support Canada's National Ballet School

Did you know that, when you give a gift to Canada’s National Ballet School, it makes a difference far beyond the School’s walls? This Giving Tuesday, we’re spotlighting how one single gift can support young dancers, exceptional dance artists, and our wider communities.

For an example, look no further than Arise, choreographed by Jera Wolfe. Through this one, moving work, so many people have had the chance to explore how dance can enrich their lives, including through opportunities for learning and mentorship, professional development, and inspiring performance.

Watch this new video to see what learning and performing Arise has meant for Cecilia and Marley, two students in NBS’ Professional Ballet-Academic Program.

Arise mirrors how a donation to NBS begins within the School’s walls, but quickly gathers momentum and radiates far beyond. But it’s just one example, and we need your ongoing help! Today, your gift will open countless doors to and through dance, enriching the lives of tens of thousands of people across Canada and around the world through our professional training programs, part-time dance programs and community dance initiatives.

Make NBS part of your Giving Tuesday this year, and share the power of dance farther than ever!
