Fabio is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Fabio Mascarin Foundation, created in tribute to his parents, who believed in the power of giving back to Canada, their adopted and beloved country. Fabio is passionate about supporting the arts across Canada, which aligns with his beliefs in helping to support various productions and education. The Foundation supports the Stratford Theatre, Thousand Islands Playhouse, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, and Canadian Stage, where he sits as a Board member, and various arts organizations in southern Ontario. 

Fabio’s passion for fine art photography led him to study in Paris at the Speos School of Photography. He has been immersed in the artistic community for several decades through his photographic exhibits in Berlin, Paris and Toronto. He has supported local photographers and exhibited at G44, the Centre for Contemporary Photography and through the Contact Photography Festival. 

Fabio is the CEO and President of the FTA6 Group of companies in Ontario and Québec as well as an Officer and Director for DMS Properties, Thom’s Contractors Corp, RP International and Norolo, a privately owned, multimillion-dollar real estate investment company. For the past 20 years, he has overseen corporate budgets and strategic planning.
