Protocols for In-Person Events
Canada’s National Ballet School is delighted to welcome our guests back to The Betty Oliphant Theatre.
In conjunction with the Provincial mandate for theatres and many other public gathering places, all Canada’s National Ballet Schools’ guests will need to provide proof of full vaccination status with either a Health Canada or CDC authorized vaccine.
An official proof of vaccination receipt — displayed either on a smartphone or with a physical copy of the proof of vaccination — must be presented at time of entry into The Betty Oliphant Theatre along with a performance ticket. Required ID has name and date of birth. Staff will be trained on legal exemptions due to specific medical conditions.
For your safety, as well as that of our artists and staff, and in accordance with this Provincial order, Canada’s National Ballet School will not admit any patrons who are unable to provide this required documentation – This includes guests under the age of 12.
All guests will be required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth while on-site for performances. Ushers will ensure compliance during performances. Guests wearing masks improperly will be asked to correct their mask or leave the venue.
As government guidance is rapidly evolving, our protocols will likewise be amended and updated as necessary.
