June is Seniors’ Month in Ontario, and Canada’s National Ballet School (NBS) is recognizing the incredible community of seniors that participate in NBS’ onsite and online classes while also welcoming new friends. Using your digital device, join seniors across the country for this interactive dance event! The event is one hour long and will include opportunities to dance-along with live accompaniment, interviews and voices of strong and inspiring seniors.

Baycrest and Canada’s National Ballet School (NBS) are pleased to offer a free six-week dance course as a first phase of an exciting new pilot this summer, which can be accessed from your home or wherever you are. This set of classes is designed to be accessible for older adults with varying physical and cognitive abilities. Classes are danced entirely from a seated position.
